CONSUMER  ADVANTAGES

Rouse ROLL balloons are a new kind of balloon that “make balloon decorations and messages bigger, easier, faster, longer lasting and reusable.” These are great advantages for you.

If you missed the introduction to what Roll Balloons are, we recommend you pause now and read, “Rolling Out Roll Balloons”. It will get you “up to speed”.

THE  ADVANTAGES  OF  BIGGER

  • If, for example, you buy a cluster of seven film balloons, they can make a very nice display.  But you can get a bigger display and a bigger impact by stringing them out in an arch or garland across the room.
  • The display area seen at any one time is simply larger when you can see the full face of each balloon.
  • You see less when one balloon is hidden behind another in the cluster or when the edge faces you rather than the message surface.
  • The impact is greater as well. That is both because the display area is larger and because it is easier to see and read any message on the balloons.
  • You simply get more display for your money.

.

THE  TIME  HAS  COME  FOR
THE  ADVANTAGES  OF  EASIER

Easier To Inflate

  • Inflation of Roll Balloons is easier for you or an amateur helper. The balloons inflate all at once instead of inflating individually.
  • Inflation is equally easy for professionals you may choose to hire.

Easier To Assemble.

  • Assembly of balloons is not only easier, it is already done.  Neither you nor a helper nor a balloon professional have to tie the balloons on a line and get the spacing correct.

Easier To Transport

  • Transporting clusters of balloons without tangling is normally difficult. Single line arches and garlands are even more difficult to transport and deliver successfully.
  • Roll Balloons have a natural resistance to tangling.  Any tangles that do occur are easily undone. They are practical for you to transport on your own.
  • These same qualities make Roll Balloons easier for professionals to deliver to you.

Easier To Install

  • Installation of Roll Balloons is easy for you or an amateur helper. Just set the weighted ends where your want them or clip them in place.
  • Installation is equally easy for professionals you may hire.

Easier To Buy

  • Traditional arches and garlands are so difficult to inflate, assemble, transport and install that there are currently few outlets for them.  Generally, you must employ the services of balloon professionals to do the whole job. That will change with the introduction of Roll Balloons into general distribution.
  • Balloon services professionals will have Roll Balloons as options for their set up or for you to do on your own.
  • Most retail outlets that now sell individual inflated balloons will add Roll Balloons to their inventory for your convenience. Most retail outlets do not have space or help with skills to make good arches and garlands. Most retailers also believe that even if they had the space and qualified help, still, sales would falter because most consumers cannot successfully transport and install traditional arches and garlands. That will change with Roll Balloons and you will find them in card shops, party stores, department stores and even your local grocery stores.

.

THE  TIME  HAS  COME  FOR
THE  ADVANTAGES  OF  FASTER

Faster To Inflate

  • Inflation of Roll Balloons is faster for you or an amateur helper. The balloons inflate all at once instead of inflating individually.
  • Inflation is equally fast for professionals you may choose to hire.

Faster To Assemble.

  • Assembly of balloons is not only faster, it is already done.  Neither you nor a helper nor a balloon professional have to tie the balloons on a line and get the spacing correct.

Faster To Transport

  • This new form of balloon does not make your car or truck go faster, but it does make handling balloons faster, because you do not have tangles to deal with…  .  Or, at least, you can deal with the infrequent tangles so much more quickly.
  • These same qualities make Roll Balloons faster for professionals to deliver to you.

Faster To Install

  • Installation of Roll Balloons is quick for you or an amateur helper. Just set the weighted ends where your want them or clip them in place.
  • Installation is equally quick for professionals you may hire.

Faster To Buy

  • You will be able to buy your balloon arches and garlands faster, because they will be available at so many more retail outlets.  You can choose the most convenient location for you. Plus the store staff will be able to inflate them faster and will not have to tie the balloons together.
  • It will be faster when you get your balloon arches and garland through balloon services professionals as well, because they too  will have have more ready access to suppliers of the Roll Balloons and they will be able to inflate and prepare them for you more quickly.

THE  TIME  HAS  COME  FOR
THE  ADVANTAGES  OF  LONGER  LASTING

  • Traditionally garlands and arches are made with latex balloons. Latex balloons do not last as long as film balloons, but their lower costs per unit helps to offset the labor costs of skilled workers necessary to construct them.
  • Roll Balloons require a great deal less labor from considerably less skilled workers. This offsets the higher cost of the balloons themselves and produces arches and garlands that last much longer.
  • Roll Balloons not only have a much longer life than latex balloons, they also have a much longer useful life than individual film balloons made into arches and garlands.
    —  Even film balloons go down eventually.  It is possible to disconnect individual film balloons  from support lines, add gas and then reconnect them in order to extend their useful life. This process is such a hassle that hardly anyone does it .
    —  It is easy to add gas to Roll Balloons. Re-inflate all the balloons at once through a single valve.
  • Roll Balloons also have another life extending quality. It is practical to deflate them, store them and reuse them again later.  This is rarely practical with a set of individual film balloons and never done as easily and economically as it could be with Roll Balloons.
  • There is yet another advantage associated with these longer life arches and garlands  made with Roll Balloons. They cost less than comparable displays made with sets of individual film balloons.
    —  The initial cost per film balloon will be about the same, but since the Roll Balloons can be prepared, refreshed and reused with less labor from less skilled workers their total cost is less at each major point in their useful life.

FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

In addition to the advantages to be gained, there are also questions to be answered.  Here are the three most frequently asked consumer questions, so far, about Rouse Roll Balloons.   Chances are good that these questions will come up for you as you consider your plans to use Rouse Roll Balloons.  The numbered questions in bold print are also links to answers.

(1)  What about Price?   How much will it cost to get the benefits of Bigger, Easier, Faster, Longer Lasting and Reusable?

(2)  What about leaks?   Will a leak in one chamber lead to the loss of gas in all chambers? How do you deal with that risk?

(3)  What about the California balloon law?   It is not the law in every state, but it is becoming the national standard for safe practices with film balloons.

Wow Graham, you never stop inventing do you? That’s a wonderful trait to have, I think all creative people have that inside them. There are some concerns I have and that is if consumer can buy this product, there is not need for a Balloon Professional like myself. It’s wonderful it last’s longer, but for Balloon Artist it would be great in some respects, but it also takes away refreshing or re doing a job.

What happens if one POPs in the center, or the fill area gets damaged, does that mean all the balloons on that string will not inflate? The cost factor is another concern, an Arch all with micro foils on it, would be very expensive. I sell individual foils for $10.00 and up, so an Arch filled with these and you then add other latex or more foils, this would not be make this a hard sell.

Are these actual “foil” balloons? or plastic, with the California law, this would be a very big concern. If this was set up at a party, then at the end they think it would be fun to let it all go at once, this foil conductor, would Black out all of California with it being so large on a power line.

Do you have any at all that can show what they look like? or just the graphics you’re showing on this web page. Thanks for all your hard work, and your inventing skills.

    Tell Mary Queen Hello.

Thanks for the compliments and for the questions, Bambi.

You are right on top of some core questions for making the best use of Rouse Roll Balloons. We now have several articles up and online that provide answers to your questions. Please check them out and share your feedback with us right here.

      (1) About the question of competition from Do-It-Yourself customers and others that may supply them:
      — Read “ROLL BALLOONS & The Pizza Parable”..
      (2) About the question of leaks in Roll Balloons:
      — Read Read “ROLL BALLOONS & Leaking Profits”.
      (3) About the question of the California balloon law:
      — Read ROLL BALLOONS & California Law.
      (4) About the question of Prices for Rouse Roll Balloons:
      — Read ROLL BALLOONS – The Price of Bigger, Easier, Faster, Longer Lasting & Reusable”.

You also suggest a variation of the Roll Balloon price question. I hear the question “How do I SELL Roll Balloons?” In this case, “How do I sell decorations made up of whole strings of film balloons when my customers are used to paying for only strings of latex balloons?”

ON THE ONE HAND, if you already sell your film balloons at $10.00 each and up while most decorators I know get only $5.00 then, I think WE should be the ones asking you that question? You obviously have good sales skills for higher priced items.

ON THE THE OTHER HAND, Roll Balloon decorations, particularly simple arches, need not be sold for more than latex ones unless you want to. The labor savings at installation time, the material and labor savings for refreshing long term latex displays and the savings from reusing the Roll Balloons on multiple jobs means Roll Balloons can be cost competitive with latex.
      — Or, you may want to compromise. Offer your customer a price that is more than latex but less than your normal film balloon display. The customer is impressed with the extra value he gets and you go to the bank with more profits than normal.
