Quite simple, isn’t it?

Film is rolled out and under the presses. It is stamped to form connected, inflatable chambers. It is separated from the surrounding material and rolled up again. Later it can be unrolled to the length desired and cut off for use.

That is a lot of potential “rolling” so we call them “Roll Balloon” even though they may often be “fan folded” for packaging and distribution.  We will also refer to them as “Rouse Roll Balloons” or “Rouse Balloons” as we write about them here.
