Graham Rouse

Graham M. Rouse, Jr. is a designer/inventor from Clemson, South Carolina, USA. In the early 1980s he invented the internal balloon structuring system popularized around the world as "fantasy flowers". He has since earned 5 USA patents on additional balloon art technologies including the world's most advanced and versatile tools and techniques for decorating with balloons and grids. They are known as RMS™ (Rouse Matrix Systems™), RealGRIDZ™ (Rouse-Expand-And-Load-GRIDZ™), and RouseAPPs™ (Rouse-Advanced-Professional-Procedures™)
